Remy glanced around hopefully, glad that she was able to rid herself of Meat and Mustapha.
Figgy had to be around here somewhere... It's not like he spends every waking minute with that annoying, purple haired wench.
She cursed when her bar foot rubbed against a stray piece of glass. Have to be careful She thought.
She then cursed whoever took her shoes to a bottomless pit. It was probably that annoying old man, the on that named himself after a fizzy drink.
She giggled.

Galileo lay on his bed, staring up at the ceiling while he waited for sleep to claim him. Scaramouche lay beside him, her breathing even and deep as she slept peacefully. He envied her sometimes. She could blot out the world and sleep at night. She could do many things that he couldn't. It was one of the many things he loved about her. Heck, he loved everything about her. Even her snappy mannerisms and sarcastic comments that often tore him to shreads.
He wouldn't have her any other way.
Galileo sighed, sleeping eluding him. It was obvious he wasn't going to drift off any time soon; his mind was still to active, even after all the events of the day. A day predominantly spent with the sleeping beauty beside him.
Galileo sat up and crawled out of the bed, careful not to jostle the bed and wake Scaramouche. She could be very grumpy if woken up in the middle of the night for whatever reason. He pulled on a worn pair of dark jeans and a top, glanced at Scaramouche's sleeping form one last time, and left the bedroom, deciding upon a short walk around the Heartbreak to clear his mind. Maybe Pop was about somewhere and they could have one of their little talks.
The Heartbreak was unusually quiet. Most people were in bed or stuck somewhere else in the vast mazt they called home. But that suited him just fine. He wanted nothing more than to be left alone to clear his foggy brain. Wrapping his arms around himself he carried on walking down the corridor, walking past the doorway to the bar, still on his own.
Let's keep it that way, shall we? he thought, keeping his ears trained for some kind of sound.

Scaramouche let out a soft snore as she rolled over in the messy bed, her small, slender body wrapped up in a tangle of blankets, her head buried into a pillow. She smiled slightly in her sleep, sensing the familiar warmth of Galileo nearby. She snuggled closer to him, longing to just melt away in his arms, slip away even deeper into the peaceful oblivion of sleep. But suddenly, the warmth was gone, Galileo was gone.
Frowning, Scaramouche blinked her eyes open, searching the dark room for her lover. She opened her eyes just in time to spot him slipping quietly out the door, obviously not wanting to wake her. Lifting her head slightly off of the pillow, the purple haired girl opened her mouth, ready to call the Dreamer back to bed, but he was already gone. Her call died on her lips.
Scaramouche sat up, frowning at the closed door as if it was it's fault for making Galileo leave, but she knew the real reason. Galileo was always up throughout most of the night, pacing the room, tossing and turning in their bed, fretting over the newly returned voices in his mind. Frankly, she thought it was just a bunch of bullocks, but she knew how much it bothered the young man and kept him from totally relaxing when he needed it the most and that concerned her.
Throwing her legs over the side of the bed and slipping her feet into her red cowboy boots, the Bad-Arsed Babe stood up looking around for something more suitable to wear out in the hall other than just a ratty black tank top and her Union Jack underwear. She ran a hand through her tangled purple locks and bent down to pick up one of Galileo's many t-shirts that had been hastily discarded in one of their many heated moments and held it out in front of her. It looked relatively clean looking so she pulled it on. It was pretty big on her so she felt around on their only end table for one of her hair ties to knot some of the shirt so that it didn't look like she was drowning in it. The sleeves slipped slightly off of her shoulders due to the size and some of her underwear was still showing, but then again, who was really out in the halls at night to see her in her underwear?
Shuffling towards the door, Scaramouche quickly slipped out and began to head down the hall, searching for Galileo.
"Gaz?" she called in a low voice, not wanting to wake any angry Bohemians.

Remy froze when she heard some footsteps coming her way. If it was Mustapha, she would probably kick her arse, but if it was Meat...
She didn't want to think about it
Franticly, she dove behind a large set of dustbins. And waited for the footsteps to pass.
She sighed in annoyance when her legs began to cramp up. Maybe from lying down all year, but it wouldn't be that bad.
She started to panic when the pins and needles feeling didn't go away, it just kept getting worse.
Remy held her breath, cursing whoever was taking so damn long to walk down the freaking hallway.
Another sharp pain hit her leg and she couldn't take it anymore. Yowling, she jumped up to shake her legs, only to fall down from her foot being asleep.
She stared in surprise at the pair of feet in front of her.

Scaramouche continued to head slowly down the hall, her green eyes scanning the dim area for any sign of Galileo.
" Gaz, get your arse over here!" she hissed, pausing and placing her hands on her hips, looking around the dark tunnel. She then reached up to hug herself against the cold air that was blowing through the tunnel, maybe it wasn't the best idea to step out of their warm room barely clothed after all.
Scaramouche froze when she heard some movement from behind two large dustbins that where up against the wall. Frowning, the Bad-Arsed Babe took a step towards the dustbins.
" Gazza, if you think that you're being funny by playing hide and seek, you're terribly wrong!" she growled crossly. " Well come on out!"
She was prepared at all when it wasn't Galileo who fell out from behind the dustbins and practically crashed into her, it was Remy, that younger girl who Scaramouche had disliked instantly when she met her because she was constantly flirting with Galileo. The purple haired girl crossed her arms and glared down at Remy.
" Oh it's you," she said in a annoyed voice. " I'm not gonna ask why you where hiding behind the dustbins because frankly, I really don't care."

Remy glared at the older girl in front of her. Quickly, she stood up and felt a feeling of satisfaction as she towered over the girl.
Being a height of 5"8' has its advantages.
"What the hell is your problem?" She snapped "And why are you only wearing underwear?"
A slight feeling of panic went through her when she realized that Scaramouche was wearing one of Figgy's shirts.
"So, then, if you don't mind, I'm going to go find Galileo." She said in a cool voice, attempting to breeze pass the older girl.

Scaramouche blinked then narrowed her eyes up at Remy. She hated the fact that, other than the with really young Bohemians, she was always the shortest! Standing at only 5'3 didn't exactly make her look like the most intimidating person in the world, but then again, she only had to open her mouth to rant to really frighten people.
"What the hell is your problem?"
" My problem?" Scaramouche snarled. " The last time I checked, I wasn't the one hiding behind a dustbin like some sort of sneak!"
"And why are you only wearing underwear?"
" Well, unless there's a new trend going around, you usually wear underwear under you clothing!" she stated in a heated voice.
Scaramouche hissed slightly when Remy just shoved past her and began to saunter down the hall.
"So, then, if you don't mind, I'm going to go find Galileo."
" What?!" she shrieked in outrage. Scaramouche wasn't really the jealous type, but she already had an huge dislike towards Remy, so the younger girl's attitude just continued to rub her the wrong way. Reaching out, Scaramouche gripped Remy's shoulder tightly.
" You're not going anywhere!"

Galileo froze, hit feet welded to the floor. He knew the occassional bohemian was up at this hour, but very rarely did that happen. If anything, it was himself that stayed up into the small hours of the morning, tossing and turning, pacing up and down and frustrating Scaramouche to no ends. He had learnt that if that ever was to happen, he was to get up and leave the room without disturbing her. Although she seemed to have a sixth sense as to when he was gone.
A crashing sound echoed down the corridor, followed by some raised voices. Slowly, the Dreamer turned around, staring down the drafty tunnel from where he had just come from. It was dimly lit and harm to see. Taking a few hesitant steps back the way he'd come, he paused to listen to the raised voices as they echoed around the tunnel.
"-if you don't mind, I'm going to go find Galileo."
Galileo's eyes widened open.
"Oh please no," he whispered quietly, hoping it wasn't who he thought it was.
"What?!"
Galileo's heart thundered in his chest and his pulse quicked. He would know that voice anywhere. It was one that could whisper sweet nothings in his ear one minute and scream and shout at him the next. He loved that voice, along with its owner; every single bit of her.
"You're not going anywhere!"
Heart still racing, Galileo decided to do some quick intervention before the rest of the Heartbreak was disturbed. He slipped into view, delighted to find that Scaramouche was facing in his direction, with Remy's back to him. He sighed in relief. Gaining Scaramouche's attention, he smilled at her.
"Scaramouche," he called, walking straight past Remy. He pulled her into his arms, not caring for her lack of attire. He pulled back and looked at her. "What are you doing up? I thought you were asleep."

Scaramouche continued glaring daggers at Remy, with her hand still gripping the younger girl's shoulder tightly when she spotted the person she had come out looking for in the tunnels stepping around the corner and pausing to stare at the scene in front of him with wide eyes. Galileo called her name, cast her a smile and hurried forward, ignoring Remy completely and rapped his arms around her. Scaramouche couldn't help but smile and bury her face in his chest, inhaling his familiar and comforting scent.
She blinked up at him when he pulled back and stared at her in confusion.
" What are you doing up? I thought you were asleep."
Scaramouche cast him a glare and pulled back even more, crossing her arms over chest.
" I was. Quite soundly actually, until somebody had to get up and leave!" she scolded, narrowing her eyes at him but reaching out to brush her fingertips against his cheek to take the sting out of her words, something that she didn't do too often. She was acting like Remy wasn't even there, which was actually something the she wished was true.
" Is something wrong?" she asked him softly, worried that all of his lack of sleep could make him seriously ill at some point.

Galileo felt Scaramouche pull back even further. He tightened his grip slightly, not wanting to sever contact with him completely. Not with Remy in the vicinity at any rate. He instead settled for holding her loosely within the circle of his arms, his hands resting upon her hips.
"I was. Quite soundly actually, until somebody had to get up and leave!"
Galileo's cheeks flamed. He cleared his throat awkwardly.
"Well... I didn't want to annoy you again with my pacing again, and I needed a walk to clear my head, so I thought I would come out for a little walk."
He felt her fingertips brush against his cheek, making his skin tingle in the wake of her delicate fingers. At that moment it felt like they were the only two people that existed.
"Is something wrong?"
Galileo twisted his mouth to one side, shrugging off-handedly.
"Too many things going through my mind I guess," he said, not really wanting to discuss it in the presence of another bohemian, no matter how well-meaning.

Remy's shoulders slumped slightly at the sight of the other two sharing such an moment.
Why me?! She wailed silently.
Lucky for Remy, she never knew her parents. so she never had to go threw years of watching them act all lovey-dovey, and this might just make her sick at the sight of her Galileo with that girl.
Panicking at the thought of herself showing weakness, Remy straightened up like a soldier called to attention
"Oh, will you two just stop already!" She snarled and began stalking away.

Scaramouche couldn't help but smirk when she noticed the blush creeping up on Galileo's pale cheeks. She loved embarrassing him and making him blush, it was one of the highlights of her day.
"Well... I didn't want to annoy you again with my pacing again, and I needed a walk to clear my head, so I thought I would come out for a little walk."
Scaramouche rolled her eyes at him.
" You and your walks!" she sighed with exasperation. " I understand that a walk is good to clear the mind but you need sleep too or else you could get sick, and if that happens, don't expect me to be playing nurse! You would have to suck it up and suffer in silence!" she finished with a firm nod.
Scaramouche titled her head to one side and furrowed her brow when Galileo shrugged off-handedly.
"Too many things going through my mind I guess,"
Scaramouche blinked and chewed on her lip thoughtfully, her hand absentmindedly stroking his chest. That coming from him could sometimes mean so much and it caused Scaramouche much confusion and annoyance and most times.
I wish he would stop being so damn secretive all the time when it came to the voices, she though in annoyance as a cold breeze blew through the tunnel and caressed he bare legs and arms, making her shiver and press up against Galileo's body for more warmth. She really just wanted to head back to their room and, well... it all depends on what would happen later.
The little bubble that she and Galileo where enclosed in was suddenly broken by an annoyed and angry snarl.
"Oh, will you two just stop already!"
Scaramouche had almost forgotten that Remy was standing there, and deep down she had wished that the annoying girl had left. The Bad-Arsed Babe wheeled around, shaking off Galileo's grip and glared at Remy's retreating form.
" What does this have to do with you?" she called angrily. " You have no right to tell us how to act!"
As if to prove her point, Scaramouche spun around to face Galileo once again, threw her arms around his neck and kissed him full on the lips. Of course, she had to go up on her toes, which made the shirt she was wearing ride up and she was giving Remy a full view of the Union Jack on the back her underwear, but she really didn't care.

Huffily, Remy shoved her way through the two disgusting pigs. She didn't really give a damn any more.
As she walked through the Heartbreak, she jumped when there was a small buzzing sound coming from a pile of garbage.
Curious, she dove into the pile without a care.
Go dumpster diver!

Scaramouche glared at Remy's retreating back. How how she hated that girl.
" Bitch." she growled under her breath before turning back to Galileo and reaching up to rub his cheek.
" Why don't we go back to bed?" she asked, blinking up at him, all her hostility gone.

"You and your walks! I understand that a walk is good to clear the mind but you need sleep too or else you could get sick, and if that happens, don't expect me to be playing nurse! You would have to suck it up and suffer in silence!"
Galileo could hear the exasperation in Scaramouches voice and the guilt began to surface. He should have known that Scaramouche would worry about him and his lack of sleep; but how could he sleep when the Killer Queen was on the rise again and waiting to strike out at the Bohemians when they least expected it. All of the blame would fall onto his shoulders and he would feel responsible for everything again.
Galileo felt the sharp breeze that bristled through the narrow, dimly lit corridor. He felt her shiver and press herself into him, seeking the warmth his body provided. He instinctively wrapped his arms around Scaramouche's slim frame, pulling her flush against him.
"Oh, will you two just stop already!"
Galileo's grip on Scaramouche loosed as she turned away, glaring at Remy.
"What does this have to do with you? You have no right to tell us how to act!"
Galileo was slightly unprepared for Scaramouche hurling her weight at him as she kissed him, assulting his senses. He again wrapped his arms around her possessively, feeling the shirt rib up her small frame. He knew what the shirt had just been covering. And if his memory didn't decieve him they were the very same pants she wore when they took down Globalsoft the first time: the sexy Union Jack pants.
Galileo felt Scaramouche being separated from him. He opened his eyes, following Scaramouche's angry glare: the retreating back of Remy as she stormed off. Galileo let out a breath he hadn't realised he'd been holding. Remy was off of his back. For now at least. Maybe he could go and enjoy some quality, uninterrupted time with his Bad Arsed Babe...
As if she was reading his mind, Scaramouche asked the question he had been thinking. "Why don't we go back to bed?"
The grin lit up Galileo face. Now she was talking.
"Lead the way Miss Mouche," he quipped, one of his arms sliding around her waist as the walked back to their room.
